The Network Scanner Plugin allows the user to discover all VKRC4 robots connected to the local network.
This is helpful if you want to mount remote robot disk share as a local drive.
For selected network adapter the user can list IP addresses, MAC and robot's names.

To work properly under Windows this plugin requires .Net Framework 4.0 or higher.
However, if the user will scan a network without installed .Net Framework following popup message will appear and the plugin will terminate immediately.
