Please read the following Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully.
DrAmaT ("Company") offers access to the DrAmaT Network License ("License") which allows usage of
payable features of DrAmaT Robot Studio ("Software") to the following Terms.
By accessing and using the License, you will be prompted to read and agree to be bound and you will accept the provision of the Terms.
Company gives you the same features as a perpetual license, but this has expiration date so it can only be used during
its purchased term.
This has a benefit of lower upfront costs to get you started where there are budgetary constraints or if you only need it
for a short period of time.
This can be purchased as a
30-days term.
During usage of Software and License you have to stay all the time on-line.
The License is available for the Software only if the internet connection is available.
▲ Fees
The fees for the access to the License ("Fees") are per User.
You agree that if you do not pay the Fees timely, your use of the License may be discontinued or disallowed.
The access to the License is valid for 30 days.
▲ Unauthorized Use
You agree to notify Company immediately of any unauthorized use of your password or account for the License or any other breach of security.
▲ Changes to the License
Company may make changes to the License at any time without notice.

THE LICENSE AND THE SOFTWARE ARE PROVIDED BY COMPANY "AS IS" AND COMPANY AND ITS SUPPLIERS EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL EXPRESS,
IMPLIED, AND STATUTORY WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY,
FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, COMPANY MAKES NO WARRANTY THAT THE
LICENSE OR THE SOFTWARE WILL BE EFFECTIVE, ACCURATE, RELIABLE OR SECURE.
▲ LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, COMPANY AND ITS SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OF USE, LOST PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA,
GOODWILL OR OTHER ECONOMIC ADVANTAGE, INTERRUPTION OF BUSINESS OR SERVICES OR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE,
SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE LICENSE OR THE SOFTWARE.
THE FOREGOING LIMITATION OF LIABILITY WILL APPLY WHETHER IN AN ACTION FOR BREACH OF CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE,
OTHER TORT OR ANY OTHER THEORY, EVEN IF AN AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVE OF COMPANY HAS BEEN ADVISED OR SHOULD HAVE KNOWN OF THE
POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. COMPANY’S LIABILITY, AND THE LIABILITY OF ITS REPRESENTATIVES, EMPLOYEES AND SUPPLIERS,
TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY IN ANY CIRCUMSTANCE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT OF FEES YOU PAID TO COMPANY IN THE 12 MONTHS PRIOR TO THE
DATE THE CAUSE OF ACTION GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY AROSE. COMPANY, ITS SUPPLIERS, AND ITS REPRESENTATIVES SHALL HAVE NO LIABILITY
FOR UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR MISUSE OF ANY CONTENT BY ANY THIRD PARTY.
THE FOREGOING DISCLAIMERS, WAIVERS AND LIMITATIONS WILL APPLY NOTWITHSTANDING ANY FAILURE OF ESSENTIAL PURPOSE OF ANY LIMITED REMEDY.
▲ Termination
Company may terminate these Terms and your access to the License at any time, with or without cause.
▲ Refund policy
We are not required to provide a refund if you change your mind about using the License.
We will however, provide a refund or replacement License if you make a mistake by purchasing a License.
In the event of technical problems on our side, each customer will receive a refund adequate
to the total number of days during which he could not use the purchased License.
