The Network Scanner Plugin allows the user to discover all VKRC4 robots connected to the local network.
This is helpful if you want to mount remote robot disk share as a local drive.
For the selected network adapter the user can list IP addresses, MAC and robot's names.

To work properly under Windows this plugin requires .Net Framework 4.0 or higher.
However, if the user scans a network without an installed .Net Framework, the following popup message will appear and the plugin will terminate immediately.
